Excursus professional

Born in San Severo (FG) in 1950. Admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 1980 - Admission before the Supreme Court in 1994. Avvocato Tamburro graduated at La Sapienza University of Rome in 1975, where he attended a two years’ specialization course  in Labour and Trade Union Law in 1978/1979. He exercised the function of Honorary Magistrate in the first Section of the Civil Law Court of Rome, from 1990 to 1998. At present he is part of the Civil Law’s Scientific Editorial Staff of “Temi Romana”’s journal and a member of the “Ombudsman” and “Labour Law Study” commissions of the Bar Association of Rome, and a component of the Study Centre’s Scientific Committee of said Bar. He is the author of several articles regarding Labour Law published by legal journals. Avvocato Tamburro has been chairman and speaker in many conferences concerning Labour Law and in particular in those organized by “La Sapienza” University of Rome and by CNR, with particular reference to Mobbing. He has participated, in the quality of lecturer and scientific coordinator, in depth technical Juridical seminars in Labour Law organized by the Bar Association of Rome (Rome, 11th April – 8th May 2005).
