Caterina Volpi
Born in Rome in 1970. Graduated at “La Sapienza” University of Rome in May 1998, thesis in Community Law.
Admitted to the Bar Association of Rome in 2002.
In 1996 Avvocato Volpi won an Erasmus scholarship at Faculté des Affaires Internationales Département Droit of Le Havre University, France, where she spent the academic year 1996- 1997, achieving the biennial university diploma D.E.U.G., exam in French, converted to 30 cum laude.
Subject expert in Community Law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome, under the professorship of Gian Luigi Tosato.
In 2000 she participated in the preparation courses to the judicial selection exam, held by Judge Rocco Galli, based on the study of Civil Law, Criminal Law and Administrative Law.
In 2003 she collaborated with De Orchis & Partners Law firm, New York, specialized in International Law and Navigation Law. Since 2005 Avvocato Volpi has been a member of the Labour Law Study Commission of the Bar Association of Rome.
She has participated, as tutor, in depth technical Juridical seminars about Labour Law, held in Rome from April to May 2005, organized by the Bar Association of Rome and by the relative Study Centre. At present her areas of practice include Civil Law and Labour Law.
