LUCIANO TAMBURRO<\/h2>\n

Born in San Severo (FG) in 1950.<\/p>\n

Enrolled in the Rome Bar Association in 1980 – qualified before the High Courts since 1994.<\/p>\n

Graduated in Rome at the University La Sapienza in 1975, he attended the specialization course in Labor Law and Trade Union in 1978\/79 at the same University.<\/p>\n

He worked as Honorary Magistrate at the First Section of the Civil Court of Rome from 1990 to 1998.<\/p>\n

He has been a member of the Scientific Editorial Board of Civil Law of the magazine “Temi Romana”, of the Commission of “Italian and Community Legislation” and Vice Coordinator of the Commission of “National and International Legislation” of the Council of the Bar Association of Rome, as well as a member of the Scientific Committee of the Study Centre of the same Council of the Bar Association.<\/p>\n

He has been Vice Coordinator of the Commission of “Study of Labor Law” of the Council of the Bar Association of Rome and member of other Commissions.<\/p>\n

He is the author of numerous publications in the field of labor law, published in legal journals.<\/p>\n

He has been chairman and speaker in numerous conferences organized on labor law issues.<\/p>\n

He has intervened, as lecturer and scientific coordinator, in the Seminars of Technical-Judicial in \u2013 depth analysis in Labor Law (Rome April 11 – May 8, 2005) organized by the Bar Association of Rome.<\/p>\n

He intervened, as a lecturer and scientific coordinator, in the Seminars of Legal Technical in \u2013 depth analysis in Labor Law (Rome May 9 to June 13, 2008) organized by the A.Gi.For. of Rome, as well as in the courses organized by the Association of Roman Lawyers since 2009.<\/p>\n

In 2012 he has been appointed by the Council of the Bar Association of Rome as Coordinator of the Project on Labour Law for the biennium 2012-2013, to be implemented through scientific initiatives and congressional events related to debates and legislative and jurisprudential news; he has coordinated the Commission on Industrial Relations and Company Legislation of the Bar Association of Rome until 2018.<\/p>\n

During this period, he organized several legal seminars, sponsored by ANF, Associazione Nazionale Forense.<\/p>\n

In 2019, he was commissioned by the University San Raffaele of Rome – UniRoma 5 to coordinate the Technical Legal Course of High Education in Labor Law.<\/p>\n

In the sessions of 2017 and 2018 he was appointed by Decree of Mr. Minister of Justice, a member of the Board of examination of lawyers, for registration in the special register for advocacy before the Court of Cassation and Superior Jurisdictions.<\/p>\n

He is a member of AIDLASS.<\/p>\n
